Planning transportation for a wedding, prom, quinceañera, birthday, concert, wine tour, corporate outing, or other special event should be simple and straightforward. At Rockin’ N’ Rollin’ Party Bus Service, I provide clear reservation and payment options to help you secure your preferred party bus and event date.

Because availability can become limited during weekends, holidays, prom season, wedding season, and other popular dates, I recommend making your reservation as early as possible.

50% Deposit Required

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your party bus and lock in the requested date and time.

Your preferred date cannot be considered fully reserved until the required deposit has been received. The remaining balance will be handled according to the payment arrangements discussed when your transportation is booked.

Accepted Payment Methods

For convenience, clients may secure their party bus reservation using:

• Venmo
• Zelle
• Credit card

Cancellation and Deposit Refunds

Deposits are refundable when cancellation notice is provided at least one week before the scheduled reservation date.

Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice may not qualify for a deposit refund. I recommend contacting me as soon as possible if your event plans or transportation needs change.

Four-Hour Minimum Reservation

Party bus reservations are subject to a four-hour minimum, unless a shorter reservation is approved by me in advance.
